Technical Program Manager – Marketplace Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects and provide strategic guidance for electronic data interchange systems and API integrations.

• Serve as the project leader, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes, boost data accuracy, onboard new clients, and improve communication with partners and clients.

• Consult with internal teams and clients to analyze technical integration requirements (EDI and API).

• Organize, analyze, and manage the activities of engineering and implementation teams.

• Monitor and report on development and onboarding progress while maintaining communication with teams and clients.

• Oversee documentation procedures for product changes and updates.

• Manage product release cycles, coordinating efforts across teams to ensure seamless rollouts and client transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of client-facing technical project management experience within a B2B SaaS environment.

• Exhibits extensive knowledge of API standards and protocols, alongside practical experience in API integrations.

• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to enhance and expedite outcomes, including communication drafting, data analysis, prompt engineering, and documentation.

• Experience as an IT Project Manager, capable of leading technical teams from a strategic business perspective.

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with trading partners, vendors, and internal teams, effectively communicating with various stakeholders to ensure project alignment and execution.

• Capacity to thrive in fast-paced settings while managing multiple projects at once.
