Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete delivery coordination for all ongoing technology vendor integrations, which encompass EMR, payment processing, and identity verification.

• Oversee vendor timelines, API dependency sequencing, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Act as the main liaison between external vendors and the engineering team.

• Monitor readiness for go-live and identify obstacles before they impact engineering efforts.

• Develop the patient support function from the ground up, including ticket taxonomy, escalation procedures, SLA definitions, and selection of tools.

• Manage the partnership and ensure SLA compliance with our BPO provider for Tier 1 patient support.

• Propel the execution of the enterprise technology governance workplan across domains such as cybersecurity, data governance, AI governance, cloud computing, and support operations.

• Sustain the governance artifact library and guarantee the quality of deliverables across all five domains.

• Keep the integrated program timeline aligned with engineering sprints, vendor milestones, FTE onboarding, and executive reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, with direct responsibility for third-party technology integrations.

• Proven experience in establishing a support operations function, including managing BPO relationships.

• Ability to interpret API documentation and technical specifications independently, without engineering assistance.

• Experience in a regulated environment, with a solid understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements.

• Experience in startup or build-from-scratch settings where processes are still being developed.

• Excellent written communication skills, with a proven ability to create executive-level reports and governance documentation.
