This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead high-impact, multi-stakeholder technical initiatives that integrate AI capabilities throughout our entire product landscape—ensuring seamless coordination among data, platform, and frontend product teams.
• Oversee the intricate execution dependencies involved in developing software that suggests next steps, automates routine tasks, and enhances significant aspects of our customers’ operations.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to design and manage an AI hybrid workforce, establishing essential guardrails, evaluation frameworks, governance, and observability necessary for autonomous agents.
• Enhance internal engineering efficiency by deploying AI-driven tools, automated testing pipelines, and agentic workflows that identify issues early and reduce operational overhead.
• Implement an AI-native programmatic strategy to optimize internal functions such as customer support and onboarding, ensuring cross-functional alignment as we expand.
• Navigate critical technical trade-offs, fostering consensus on build-versus-buy decisions, architectural frameworks, and platform utilization without losing momentum.
• A solid foundation in computer science: You possess a 4-year computer science degree or equivalent depth in fundamental CS topics, providing you with the technical expertise to reason effectively across distributed systems, machine learning concepts, and data architecture.
• A proven history of orchestrating complex systems at scale: You have successfully led highly technical, multi-team initiatives from inception through to production deployment. You comprehend what is necessary for deeply integrated products to thrive in live production settings.
• Practical AI experience in production: You have managed programs that involve AI, LLM orchestration, or automated data pipelines. You understand the intricacies of non-deterministic software, including evaluation, prompt engineering, latency bottlenecks, and safety boundaries.
• Ability to influence without direct authority: You possess extensive experience in driving consensus among senior engineers, product directors, and executive stakeholders without having formal reporting relationships.
