This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Establish order amid disorder by creating, implementing, and maintaining appropriately sized processes that enable the organization through transparent workflows, effective communication, and comprehensive reporting.
• Assist organizational leaders in formulating impactful objectives (OKRs) and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to decompose work into portfolios, programs, and workstreams.
• Ensure alignment and clarity both vertically and horizontally at the appropriate levels and timely across all programs, projects, and services.
• Safeguard the achievement of top-level objectives by motivating program and project teams to meet anticipated delivery targets (OKRs).
• Facilitate governance within their teams by independently applying established governance processes and managing escalations from start to finish with minimal guidance.
• Propel organizational change across large teams through the autonomous identification and implementation of process enhancements.
• Address complex, uncertain, and ambiguous challenges by leading planning cycles and ensuring clear goals, timelines, milestones, and risk management.
• Provide program management leadership within designated programs, projects, and services.
• Collaborate efficiently with all cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in project/program management or related fields.
• At least five years of experience in software engineering product development.

• Communications & Stakeholder Management - Proficient level.
• Continuous Improvement - Development / nascent level.
• Execution & Governance - Advanced level.
• Managing Organizational Change - Development / nascent level.
• Planning - Advanced level.
• Expertise in fostering team cohesion in a diverse setting and demonstrating resilience in the workplace amidst change and feedback.
