This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the implementation of intricate technical initiatives, guaranteeing effective collaboration among Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and R&D teams.
• Define and track success metrics and OKRs, directly linking technical program results to system scalability, patient experiences, and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with technical and clinical leaders to uncover opportunities for innovation within virtual care architecture and eliminate operational or strategic obstacles.
• Advocate for process enhancement and standardization, improving the way technical projects are defined, initiated, and evaluated within the Care Experience organization.
• Manage launch preparedness and ongoing enhancement, integrating feedback loops, retrospectives, and data insights to improve future initiatives.
• Represent the Care Experience organization in cross-functional technical discussions, influencing stakeholders and navigating strategic trade-offs.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence throughout the telehealth delivery ecosystem.
• 5-8 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a highly technical and fast-paced environment.
• 3-4 years of experience specifically within the HealthTech sector.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Proven track record in driving transformation or care delivery projects from inception to completion, achieving measurable business and patient outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to convert strategic vision into practical roadmaps and deliver results by influencing both technical and non-technical teams.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong expertise in systems thinking, process design, and change management.
• Skilled at navigating fast-paced and ambiguous environments, balancing structure with flexibility.
