This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for Heidi’s integration platform, encompassing the framework, marketplace, and EMR/non-EMR connectors.
• Determine which integrations to develop, enhance, or phase out while considering customer needs, regional priorities, and engineering costs.
• Act as the central integration layer for all of Heidi’s product offerings.
• Oversee the Integration Marketplace experience across Scribe and Evidence.
• Lead the migration of connectors to the new integration framework.
• Convert EMR interoperability challenges into actionable product specifications.
• Establish standards for integration quality, reliability, error management, confirmations, latency, and recovery processes.
• Coordinate with regional teams in the US, UK, and APAC to create a unified platform roadmap.
• Collaborate with EHR partners, integration engines, and platform teams to address API modifications and certification needs.
• Transform recurring feedback from the field into platform capabilities instead of one-off solutions.
• Broaden integrations to include document repositories, clinical and pharmaceutical references, scheduling systems, and secure messaging tools.
• Observe customer workflows, identify integration issues, create PRDs, and make informed decisions about building versus configuring solutions.
• BA/BS in a technical or analytical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related area.
• Over 4 years of experience in product, integration, or technical roles.
• Proficient with SMART on FHIR, HL7 v2 including ADT, ORM, and ORU, as well as FHIR resources and OAuth flows for clinical applications.
• Experience in delivering platform or framework products that evolve into configurable modules for future customers.
• Capable of making decisions regarding building versus configuring solutions.
• Skilled in maintaining a cohesive roadmap amidst competing regional interests.
• Ability to read integration logs and identify issues related to models, frameworks, and customer-specific configurations.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, along with work samples to showcase their application.
• Knowledgeable in LLM concepts and systems, including prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluation.
• Competent in translating LLM concepts into dependable user-facing products.
• Holds strong opinions that are open to discussion.
• Results-driven and capable of functioning independently without extensive support systems.
