Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Development and Engineering teams to execute feature requests from prioritization through design, testing, and implementation.

• Oversee relationships, stakeholder communications, and inter-team dependencies, which include scoping, planning, prioritization, escalation, capacity planning, and cross-functional alignment.

• Partner with product, technology, business, and other cross-functional teams on defining plans, managing deliveries, resolving risks and issues, and enhancing roadmap efficiencies.

• Lead cross-functional technical initiatives by aligning teams on strategic goals, technical delivery, and program management.

• Foster collaboration, partnership, and excellence throughout the organization.

• Develop and advance the SmartHome roadmap while supporting ambitious SmartHome initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex, consumer-facing programs within agile software development settings.

• Proven history of successfully launching large-scale software development projects.

• Strong understanding of project management principles.

• Technical expertise to effectively communicate with both developers and business leaders.

• Experience managing software development using agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Capacity to drive clear actions and ownership.

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of the organization.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in cross-functional contexts.

• A proactive, strategic, and forward-thinking mindset.

• Preferred experience with cloud environments, cloud platform microservices design and delivery, hardware/firmware platform integrations, and process automation.
