Senior Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of projects that align with the strategic roadmap

• Partner with engineering, product management, design, quality assurance, partner engagement, and other internal teams

• Establish and nurture relationships to facilitate collaboration with external platform partners

• Develop and implement change management strategies aimed at process enhancements and organizational transformation

• Work alongside engineering and product managers to create and execute a roadmap that balances feature objectives, partner obligations, and operational enhancements

• Clarify the requirements, expectations, and timelines of products, partners, and stakeholders

• Identify and monitor dependencies among internal teams to ensure timely delivery of outcomes

• Refine or establish processes and methodologies to boost speed, collaboration, and transparency

• Recognize and address risks linked to changes

• Manage conflicts and serve as a connector, mentor, reporter, translator, diplomat, and force multiplier for project teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in software project/program management, collaborating closely with both engineering and non-technical teams

• Proven history of fulfilling contractual obligations

• Experience in managing relationships with external stakeholders

• Determination in tracking down and resolving outstanding issues

• Background in managing process and organizational transformations

• Ability to foster relationships, sustain a positive culture, and optimize communication for diverse audiences and stakeholders

• Adequate proficiency in English for professional verbal and written communication

• Regular and frequent communication with global colleagues and partners in English
