📋 Description

• Overseeing program plans that encompass comprehensive work breakdown structures, resource allocation, communication strategies, and risk management techniques.

• Representing the program to senior leadership, utilizing standardized approaches to emphasize dependencies, risks, and strategies for mitigation.

• Fostering relationships across SRE, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure project timelines are met.

• Promoting cultural transformation by advocating for agile principles and ensuring compliance with industry best practices.

• Acting as the main point of contact for stakeholder escalations and aiding in the elimination of obstacles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 5 years of relevant experience in technical or engineering fields along with a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.

• Have familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and best practices for defining metrics.

• Experience with Jira and Confluence is essential.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Agile, SAFe, or Scrum methodologies.

• Proven capability to navigate complex or ambiguous corporate settings.
