Technical Program Manager, Risk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement technical programs that necessitate extensive systems and engineering expertise.

• Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and other cross-functional partners to outline, scope, and drive significant programs to completion.

• Develop, apply, and refine program management techniques, frameworks, and KPIs to meet objectives with clearly defined success criteria.

• Make considerable enhancements to the communication and operational methods of the teams you engage with, significantly boosting their productivity and efficiency.

• Create and deliver high-quality written proposals, communications, and documentation.

• Utilize data and acquired insights to guide strategic decisions at the engineering leadership level.

• Generate widely distributed plans that promote consistency, clarity, and alignment across teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, and/or technical program management.

• Exceptional analytical abilities; capable of interpreting complex information and providing actionable recommendations.

• Proven history of offering program management throughout all stages of software development, from initiation to launch, exhibiting critical thinking and challenging conventional norms.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, fostering robust relationships with stakeholders, teams, and senior leaders within the organization.

• Able to drive process improvements both internally and externally across various teams and functions, bringing extensive experience, insights, proposals, and best practices.

• Experience in operating independently and leading large-scale initiatives across multiple teams and functions, engaging stakeholders from diverse disciplines across different time zones.
