📋 Description

• Act as a Scrum Master, guiding agile ceremonies and ensuring compliance with agile principles and practices.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to outline project scope, goals, and deliverables while overseeing project timelines.

• Create, own, and sustain the team’s roadmap, aligning project ambitions with business objectives.

• Effectively manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

• Foster the continuous enhancement of processes, tools, and methodologies to improve team performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in relevant positions within the software development industry, with a preference for those experienced in Fintech.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent engineering experience.

• Demonstrated history of delivering outstanding program management, ideally within fintech or enterprise business systems, throughout all project phases from initiation to delivery.

• Strong comprehension of agile methodologies and experience serving as a Scrum Master.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, or equivalent) are advantageous.
