This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership and lead 1-3 significant strategic initiatives each quarter that involve multiple teams and departments.
β’ Serve as the primary coordinator and sole point of accountability for complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
β’ Navigate through competing priorities while fostering consensus among departments with varying objectives.
β’ Establish success criteria, monitor progress, manage dependencies, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
β’ Identify and address risks proactively before they escalate into blockers.
β’ Drive initiatives from their inception through successful execution and post-launch evaluation.
β’ Design and continually enhance engineering workflows, including agile methodologies, sprint cycles, and release processes.
β’ Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the development lifecycle from code commit to production deployment.
β’ Set engineering best practices and standards that can be scaled across teams.
β’ Create dashboards and reporting systems that deliver actionable insights to engineering leadership.
β’ A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) or in a similar capacity managing cross-functional technical programs.
β’ A proven history of leading complex, cross-functional technical initiatives that involve 5 or more teams or departments.
β’ Strong project and program management abilities, with a track record of driving initiatives from conception to completion.
β’ Demonstrated experience in implementing metrics and measurement systems.
β’ Excellent analytical skills with the capability to convert data into actionable insights.
β’ Familiarity with modern development practices.
β’ Knowledge of agile methodologies and their practical applications.
β’ Outstanding communication skills, effective with both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Experience in influencing without authority within engineering organizations.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, with a comprehensive understanding of the full development lifecycle.
