HR Manager – Technical Recruiting, HR Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete technical recruitment process for roles such as DevOps, engineers, and support staff.

• Implement HR strategy, workforce planning, and data analytics.

• Supervise performance management, employee relations, and ensure compliance.

• Develop scalable HR processes tailored for a distributed technology team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in technical recruitment.

• Experience in technology, hosting, cloud, or data center environments is preferred.

• Practical experience with HRIS, ATS platforms, and workforce monitoring systems.

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor compliance, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.

• Demonstrated capability to guide HR strategy in a fast-paced, scaling organization.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in managing global or geographically diverse teams is advantageous.

• Must be willing to work during US Central Time Zone hours.
