This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Oversee the complete technical recruitment process for roles such as DevOps, engineers, and support staff.
β’ Implement HR strategy, workforce planning, and data analytics.
β’ Supervise performance management, employee relations, and ensure compliance.
β’ Develop scalable HR processes tailored for a distributed technology team.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
β’ Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in technical recruitment.
β’ Experience in technology, hosting, cloud, or data center environments is preferred.
β’ Practical experience with HRIS, ATS platforms, and workforce monitoring systems.
β’ Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor compliance, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
β’ Demonstrated capability to guide HR strategy in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
β’ Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Experience in managing global or geographically diverse teams is advantageous.
β’ Must be willing to work during US Central Time Zone hours.
β’ Remote position with international exposure.
