This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Define and oversee program timelines, deliverables, and critical milestones.
• Convert customer needs into actionable tasks for all functional teams.
• Provide leadership across functions to ensure successful program execution.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, facilitating program launches.
• Lead program execution from the design phase through to production deployment.
• Offer ongoing support after deployment to ensure sustained success.
• Actively communicate the health of the program, along with risks and major issues.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in program or project management within IT, software, or embedded systems sectors.
• Solid technical foundation in hardware and/or software product development.
• Proven experience collaborating closely with OEMs, system integrators, independent software vendors, and CSPs.
• Demonstrated history of managing complex, global programs through complete development lifecycles to deployment and production.
• Exceptional program management, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to prioritize challenges and foster alignment across functions.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (up to 10%) and excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
