Technical Program Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Managing and orchestrating intricate, cross-departmental programs that encompass multiple projects.

• Offering strategic direction to teams and stakeholders, proactively identifying challenges through scenario analysis.

• Fostering effective partnerships with IT, product, and program stakeholders throughout the organization.

• Advancing operational frameworks and standardizing practices in program management.

• Producing regular status updates and creating executive summaries.

• Demonstrating a proactive ownership mentality by independently guiding projects from inception to completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in Technical or Business fields.

• Proven experience in successfully managing and executing complex technical projects.

• Hold extensive expertise in technical program management, including marketing acumen, with at least eight years of industry experience.

• Proficient in utilizing enterprise project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet) to track milestones and optimize program workflows.

• Exhibit a thorough, practical comprehension of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Experience in identifying and overseeing project dependencies while maintaining precise project plans with up-to-date milestones.

• Capable of translating complex technical language and system architecture limitations into clear, actionable business implications.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities necessary for collaboration across global teams.
