This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take ownership and manage the execution of the FedRAMP program within the authorized environment.
• Oversee operational aspects of the FedRAMP system boundary.
• Facilitate coordination of FedRAMP processes across multiple departments including Security, Engineering, Product, Cloud Operations, Support, Legal, and Customer Success.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with third-party assessment organizations, consultants, and cloud service providers.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to assist in federal customer engagements.
• Ensure the maintenance and enhancement of FedRAMP documentation.
• Monitor and address findings, risks, exceptions, and dependencies until resolution.
• Aid in supporting future public sector initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable operating mechanisms for a federal cloud program.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in technical program management, security compliance, cloud governance, federal delivery, or similar roles within regulated SaaS, cloud, or public sector environments.
• In-depth knowledge of FedRAMP processes, which includes authorization readiness, control implementation, evidence management, continuous monitoring, POA&M management, and assessment coordination.
• Solid understanding of U.S. federal programs and compliance expectations.
• Proven experience managing audits, assessments, or compliance programs using frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, DoD SRG, FISMA, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or equivalent control regimes.
• Proficient in understanding cloud architecture, security boundaries, shared responsibility models, data flows, logging, access control, incident response, and change management.
• Experience engaging with public sector customers, systems integrators, resellers, government procurement channels, or federal security stakeholders.
