Senior Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of various infrastructure initiatives, encompassing network constructions and upgrades, storage projects, datacenter development and enhancements, as well as hardware/platform deployments.

• Take responsibility for program planning, defining milestones, and managing dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreams.

• Collaborate with Infra Engineering, Network, DC Operations, Hardware, Security, and Platform teams to synchronize scope, timelines, and delivery schedules.

• Facilitate the execution of initiatives such as:

• Network expansions, upgrades, and extensive migrations.

• Datacenter growth and capacity increases.

• Hardware setups and infrastructure preparedness.

• Rollouts of next-generation platforms (e.g., new GPU architectures), ensuring comprehensive readiness across all infrastructure levels.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration to guarantee infrastructure is primed for deployment, setup, and end-user utilization.

• Manage risks, obstacles, and dependencies across engineering and operations teams.

• Deliver clear and concise program updates to leadership, emphasizing progress, risks, and strategies for mitigation.

• Function effectively in a dynamic, ambiguous setting with changing priorities.

• Contribute to enhancing execution frameworks, tools, and program visibility throughout the infrastructure organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in infrastructure, cloud, or distributed systems settings.

• Significant experience in driving execution across various technical workstreams (network, compute, storage, datacenter infrastructure).

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate intricate, cross-functional programs without necessarily being the top domain expert in every aspect.

• Experience working across diverse infrastructure domains rather than focusing solely on one area of expertise.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguous environments with shifting priorities and minimal established processes.

• Strong communicator capable of aligning engineering, operations, and leadership stakeholders.

• Proficient in program planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Capable of managing multiple programs concurrently while ensuring high execution quality.
