This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) for Stord’s primary Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS).

• Facilitate technical design and architectural conversations.

• Serve as a strategic ally to the operations leadership team.

• Create the software architecture needed to enable dynamic task interleaving and wave/waveless planning.

• Supervise the conversion of validated laboratory experiments into pilot deployments at operational production sites.

• Direct cross-functional triage meetings during pilot testing to detect, resolve, and rectify software bugs or orchestration bottlenecks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in strategic engineering program management or software architecture, specifically in building enterprise-level supply chain systems from inception.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.

• Extensive knowledge of contemporary software architecture, microservices, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and data schemas relevant to WMS and TMS platforms.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent expertise in agile execution.

• Demonstrated capability to outline multi-year technical software roadmaps in collaboration with operations executives.

• Proven history of enhancing the technical standards of the software engineering organization.
