Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery process for Adobe Experience Cloud programs (AEP, RTCDP, AJO, CJA, AEM Assets, Workfront, Marketo).

• Create and maintain governance frameworks, which include RAID logs, status updates, program communications, KPIs, and delivery milestones.

• Synchronize technical dependencies, sprint planning, and program sequencing with both Adobe and client stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with Adobe architects, Blue Acorn iCi technical teams, and client teams to ensure effective teamwork.

• Manage solution tracks to ensure cohesion, visibility, and accountability among engineering, data, UX, and strategy teams.

• Lead working sessions, architectural discussions, and integration planning efforts.

• Comprehend platform-to-platform interactions and assist teams in navigating technical limitations, data flows, and environmental dependencies.

• Oversee coordination across development, QA, staging, production environments, and CI/CD-driven deployment workflows.

• Assist programs that involve multi-platform integrations, migrations, or the modernization of Adobe stacks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud.

• Comprehensive knowledge of essential Adobe platforms, including: AEP (Adobe Experience Platform), RTCDP (Real-Time Customer Data Platform), AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer), CJA (Customer Journey Analytics), Adobe Commerce, AEM Assets, Workfront, and Marketo Engage.

• Technical Proficiency.

• Familiarity with data lifecycle, source systems, identity models, ingestion processes, segmentation logic, and activation workflows.

• Awareness of multi-environment architecture and deployment processes that support Adobe Experience Cloud programs.

• Experience in Program Delivery.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-solution enterprise programs.

• Familiarity with agile, scaled agile, or CI/CD-enabled delivery models.

• Demonstrated capability to manage complex dependencies, risks, and cross-team integration initiatives.
