Technical Program Manager – Extensibility Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Facilitate cross-organizational decisions among Directly Responsible Individuals (DRIs) in areas such as Script Platform, Custom Objects, Apps, SDK, Observability, Developer Experience (DevEx), and Versioning.

• Take ownership of the critical path for major launches, defining scope, guiding descope decisions, and negotiating trade-offs between teams.

• Influence and refine product and engineering roadmaps to ensure alignment with the overarching extensibility strategy.

• Champion investments that cut across multiple teams.

• Assist Professional Services (ProServ) and Partnerships by ensuring their requirements are integrated into the roadmap.

• Act as a liaison between platform delivery and intricate customer requirements.

• Develop program strategy in collaboration with DEeP leadership and ensure accountability across organizations for program success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical program management, driving intricate cross-organizational initiatives.

• Strong product acumen with the ability to grasp enterprise customer requirements.

• Proficient in communicating clearly and credibly with engineering, product, and executive stakeholders.

• Skilled in converting complex technical trade-offs into strategic decisions and fostering alignment.

• Capable of leading and aligning cross-functional teams, making decisions, resolving conflicts, and building consensus.

• Demonstrated success in program delivery within complex technical landscapes.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Preferred: Experience in product management or product operations.

• Preferred: Familiarity with developer platforms, API products, or payment systems.
