This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of executing technical workstreams and ensure projects are delivered punctually, within scope, and in alignment with business priorities.
• Provide guidance and decision-making support across projects to fulfill performance, quality, and reliability goals.
• Lead efforts in identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks throughout the development and execution phases.
• Enhance sampling processes and new product development execution to minimize cycle times and boost technical preparedness.
• Mentor, coach, and develop a team of Technical Program Managers.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, R&D, and Operations to synchronize technical deliverables with timelines and milestones.
• Monitor and communicate progress, risks, and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.
• Promote the standardization of product development processes, tools, and best practices.
• Engage in customer discussions to clarify requirements and ensure consistency.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement enhancements for better efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making and structured problem-solving approaches.
• Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality systems.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field is required.
• Over 5 years of experience in a technical, engineering, or product development setting.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in advanced deposition and/or new product development program management, particularly in semiconductor fabrication, is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes is essential.
• Proficiency in Advanced Deposition chemistry, engineering, and manufacturing is required.
• Direct involvement in technical projects with a strong grasp of engineering workflows, development lifecycles, or manufacturing processes.
• Capacity to establish and maintain effective cross-functional relationships.
• Strong project management capabilities, including risk assessment and mitigation, conflict resolution, meeting facilitation, task management, stakeholder management, and project closure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to all levels within the organization.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, estimated at 10–25%.
