This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee intricate technical programs that encompass web, mobile, medical devices, embedded software, firmware, and data platforms.
• Propel the complete program execution from inception to launch.
• Coordinate efforts across diverse teams including Product, Engineering, Design, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations.
• Manage technical dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies across multiple workstreams concurrently.
• Lead discussions regarding architecture, systems integration, scalability, and design trade-offs.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to ensure alignment of execution with technical roadmaps.
• Create program dashboards, status reports, KPIs, and executive communications.
• Utilize Lean, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Employ AI-driven tools and automation to enhance reporting, risk identification, dashboards, and overall efficiency.
• Set and monitor program success metrics.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, influence decision-making, and address blockers.
• Conduct post-launch evaluations and implement insights gained.
• Mentor junior Technical Program Managers.
• Shape organizational processes and operating models while serving as a thought leader in TPM.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or a suitable combination of education and relevant experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in Technical Program Management.
• Background in healthcare technology, health and life sciences, medical devices, or other regulated sectors.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional technical programs with quantifiable business results.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), APIs, CI/CD, DevOps, system integration, and security principles.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Airtable, or comparable program management and collaboration tools.
• Proficient in identifying, managing, and mitigating program risks while balancing scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Experience in utilizing AI and automation tools for program management, reporting, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence capabilities.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Preferred: Experience in hardware, firmware, and regulated medical device development.
• Preferred: Familiarity with PDLC and experience with consumer mobile platforms.
• Preferred: Knowledge of AI/ML, responsible AI, model governance, and compliance.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and visualization tools.
• Preferred: Certification in Lean, Agile, or Scrum.
• Preferred: Experience mentoring Technical Program Managers and leading TPM best-practice initiatives.
• Preferred: Expertise in enterprise systems architecture and large-scale platform integration.
• Preferred: Experience in organizational process improvement and operating model transformation.
• Base salary ranging from $180,000 to $200,000 per year.
