Technical Program Manager – Data Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the design, development, and upkeep of scalable data solutions.

• Establishes a detailed roadmap for data solutions.

• Leads both high-level and granular technical design initiatives.

• Drives the execution of technical tasks.

• Ensures accountability among partner engineering teams.

• Identifies dependencies between workstreams and monitors progress.

• Chairs Functional Committees and Working Groups.

• Collaborates with users throughout MIT.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in data management, data engineering, or similar roles.

• Proficiency with data management tools and technologies.

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Cognos, Tableau, or QuickSight.

• Expertise in crafting complex, highly optimized SQL queries.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with business users, technical teams, and senior management.

• Experience in managing programs across cross-functional teams.

• Background in a complex, decentralized organization.
