Technical Program Manager – Data Center Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of data center operations programs from the initial hardware setup to ongoing management.

• Develop and sustain integrated schedules that encompass facilities, network, and hardware components.

• Implement governance structures that include milestone tracking, incident and change reviews, and decision documentation.

• Create playbooks and systems that enable engineers to concentrate on their core engineering tasks.

• Identify and assess potential new data center locations, evaluating power, land, and connectivity in relation to program criteria.

• Manage relationships with vendors and external partners, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.

• Connect operations to business results and commitments to customers.
