This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee deliverables and provide updates on large-scale, intricate Data Center Infrastructure programs and initiatives.
• Deliver consistent status reports to senior leadership, external partners, and internal teams, highlighting risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Offer guidance to cross-functional engineering teams on technical challenges, solutions, and feasibility considerations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and reconcile interdependencies.
• Facilitate stakeholder decisions and eliminate obstacles to resolve customer issues.
• Oversee programs across cross-functional teams, developing processes and coordinating schedules.
• Collaborate with factory-based project managers from RFP through NPI completion of FWT.
• Manage RFP timelines, milestones, meetings, document repositories, RFIs, and ECNs.
• Assemble RFP deliverables with the team.
• Evaluate projects, identify risks, and establish project milestones.
• Provide mentorship to junior project managers as needed.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical engineering field.
• Over 8 years of experience in data center and/or industrial technical program management, encompassing design, engineering, manufacturing, and testing.
• More than 5 years of project management experience related to scope determination, scheduling, budgeting, quality, risk, critical path management, cross-functional collaboration, and presentations to customers/stakeholders.
• Strong comprehension of mechanical systems, integration strategies, and system coordination.
• In-depth understanding of dependencies and deliverables within the Data Center Infrastructure sector.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate projects, identify risks, and set project milestones.
• Knowledge of stage-gate processes in project lifecycle management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, primarily domestic and international as required.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a global team.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to Data Center Infrastructure is preferred.
