This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in critical migration and development initiatives for active client projects.
• Lead project teams to fulfill client expectations while overseeing budget and timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering leads, business operations strategy, and client partners to synchronize delivery approaches.
• Identify risks early and facilitate the resolution of personnel and process challenges across teams.
• Support client and internal discovery sessions.
• Define requirements and document assumptions to safeguard project scope.
• Convert client requirements into actionable scopes of work.
• Create statements of work that ensure positive client outcomes and maintain margin.
• Manage projects, oversee product backlogs, and draft requirements.
• Tailor delivery methodologies to suit project needs and take ownership of client projects.
• Transform business and technical requirements into functional specifications and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and refine product backlogs, making trade-off decisions that balance scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate across marketing, data, and technology engagements for both enterprise and emerging clients.
• Proven experience in leading delivery within a consultancy or agency setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements at the same time.
• Skill in scoping billable work, managing client expectations, supporting roadmap expansion, and safeguarding margins.
• Proficiency in project management.
• Capability to provide leadership and direction to project teams while balancing resources, culture, deadlines, client priorities, and margins.
• Background in project management and product ownership.
• Experience in running projects, managing backlogs, and writing requirements.
• Familiarity with platform and SaaS delivery.
• Experience with website builds, migrations, feature development, and enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, or similar enterprise SaaS environments.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive functional specifications and well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Capability to own and manage product backlogs, including prioritization, refinement, and trade-off decisions.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States during the contractor phase.
• Must have availability that overlaps with core US business hours.
• Responsible for personal taxes, insurance, and benefits during the contractor phase.
• Flexible scheduling with necessary overlap during core US business hours.
