📋 Description

• Plan, implement, and finalize projects on behalf of Digital Safety.

• Oversee the complete technical project lifecycle.

• Manage resources, coordinate teams, and address risks effectively.

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and criteria for success.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource management.

• Collaborate with team leads from engineering, research leadership, and external partners to gather requirements.

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams.

• Manage alterations to project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and sponsor requirements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders.

• Conduct project reviews and sessions for lessons learned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a software engineer.

• PMP Certification (or an equivalent credential).

• At least 4 years in product and program management.

• PMP Certification or equivalent Agile certifications (such as Certified ScrumMaster).

• Six Sigma certifications.
