This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the effective technical integration of Suki with prominent health system clients
• Cultivate and sustain strong connections with essential client stakeholders
• Ensure that Suki’s integration excels in achieving key success metrics
• Enhance on-time delivery and address technical issues alongside Suki colleagues
• Guide technical stakeholders through the integration process with EMR systems
• Accountable for testing the integration and approving each phase of the integration
• Develop and update both internal and external documentation outlining integration requirements
• Partner with the Customer Success team to clarify expectations for clients regarding technical resources
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to address technical challenges
• Educate Suki team members on best practices, requirements, and unique aspects of integration
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles within healthcare SaaS
• At least 5 years of experience in technical program or project management
• Technical knowledge of software development kits (SDKs), cloud services, EMR integration, and SaaS solutions
• In-depth understanding of APIs and healthcare data standards
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and conflict resolution abilities
• Capacity to think critically, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate promptly
• Innovative problem-solving capabilities
• Strong clinical background with knowledge of medical documentation and clinical workflows
• Proficient in Google Suite and JIRA
