Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of various projects and programs involving product and engineering teams.

• Continuously assess scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.

• Facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Compliance, Risk, Security, Operations, and external partners.

• Lead technical and business discussions, documenting notes to support informed decision-making.

• Implement governance processes, status updates, and executive communications.

• Track program performance through KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.

• Assist in development and release cycles, including production deployments, change management, breaking changes, and communication to both internal and external partners.

• Collaborate with third-party vendors, financial institutions, and technology partners as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related area.

• 4–7 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management.

• At least 2 years of experience supporting fintech initiatives, including banking, payments, trading, or other financial services concepts.

• A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Experience managing extensive technical projects involving distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms, etc.

• General knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks such as KYC, AML, Customer Risk Rating, Watchlists, etc.

• Proficient in communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms.
