This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take charge of the comprehensive planning and execution of intricate, multi-team programs, encompassing scope, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration among customers, product, engineering, operations, and customer success teams.
• Recognize, monitor, and proactively address program risks and blockers, escalating issues as necessary.
• Create and uphold timelines, status reports, RAID logs, and documentation of decisions.
• Conduct kick-off meetings, planning sessions, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with product and technical leaders to formulate delivery plans, identify capacity limitations, and evaluate shifts in scope or priorities.
• Develop and refine program management frameworks, tools, and methodologies across PMO and Business Operations.
• Assist with change management initiatives and monitor adoption metrics.
• Participate in the ongoing improvement of Care Lumen’s program-level planning, execution, and evaluation processes.
• 4–10 years of experience in a Technical Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar position.
• Strong technical understanding, including awareness of architectural trade-offs and technical limitations.
• Demonstrated capability to achieve alignment and deliver results across various teams without direct management authority.
• Experience in creating and managing timelines, dependency maps, RAID logs, status reports, and governance frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills tailored for both technical and executive audiences.
• High proficiency in tools such as Jira, Smartsheets, Confluence, Notion, or comparable platforms.
• Comfortable functioning in dynamic, fast-paced environments with ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Operations, or equivalent professional experience).
• Availability to work during EST hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
• Preferred: experience in SaaS, health-tech, healthcare services, healthcare technology, digital health, managed care, health plan/payer/clinical operations markets, Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies, or within high-growth/startup settings.
