Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Managers to convert product strategies into actionable delivery plans.

• Take ownership of the Kanban flow—track WIP, cycle time, and throughput to facilitate seamless delivery.

• Lead agile ceremonies (standups, retrospectives, planning) alongside Engineering Leads.

• Ensure alignment among requirements, development outputs, and test coverage.

• Manage interdepartmental dependencies, risks, and timelines across Engineering, QA, DevOps, and external teams.

• Remove obstacles and escalate risks to sustain delivery momentum.

• Maintain delivery dashboards and offer proactive updates to stakeholders.

• Analyze delivery metrics to pinpoint bottlenecks and foster continuous improvement.

• Advocate for best practices in agile execution, risk management, and team collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Over 4 years of experience in technical program management or delivery leadership within a software/SaaS context.

• Strong grasp of Agile and Kanban methodologies along with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Demonstrated ability to manage intricate, cross-functional programs with various stakeholders.

• Outstanding communication skills—capable of connecting technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and delivery dashboards.

• Familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and system integrations.

• Experience in regulated sectors (e.g., Cannabis, FinTech, Healthcare) is preferred.

• Relevant certifications like PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or PMP are preferred.

• Experience in supporting platform teams or multi-tenant implementations is preferred.

• Understanding of DevOps practices and release management is preferred.
