Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead projects that provide comprehensive decision-making, analytical, fraud detection, and identity solutions.

• Implement impactful software solutions for North America's Financial Services and Data Delivery sector.

• Oversee planning and coordination of daily tasks in collaboration with partners throughout the organization.

• Manage subject matter experts and prioritize initiatives for project execution.

• Direct project teams to ensure successful implementation for clients.

• Establish roadmaps and program interdependencies utilizing Agile methodology.

• Assign tasks and provide guidance to achieve high-quality outcomes.

• Represent Experian in client meetings by delivering executive status updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager; PMP certification is preferred.

• Background in leading large-scale technology modernization initiatives.

• Expertise in Agile methodologies and cloud platforms.

• Knowledge of architecture-level solutions.

• Capability to suggest technical alternatives.

• Experience overseeing end-to-end program delivery through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
