Senior Director, Program Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the overall service delivery and satisfaction of designated clients

• Meeting revenue and margin objectives

• Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of client outputs

• Identifying and aiding in the development and implementation of sales strategies

• Promoting the growth of professional staff

• Cultivating and strengthening client relationships

• Supporting and/or spearheading corporate initiatives

• Advancing the overall HMS agenda within assigned commercial clients

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory

• Over 10 years of experience in sales and account management within a healthcare insurance context

• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare is preferred

• A background in finance is advantageous

• More than 5 years of direct staff management experience

• At least 5 years of experience in project management

• A strong analytical and healthcare technology background is preferred
