This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Supervises team members to ensure their capability in handling calls and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Evaluates the performance of staff to identify training needs and requirements.
• Contributes to scheduling to ensure sufficient staffing levels.
• Offers recommendations to management for necessary adjustments.
• Aids in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Manages projects, which include reimbursement programs, compliance and education initiatives, and clinical patient support programs.
• Executes assigned call center projects.
• Designs and develops new projects, including the creation of protocols, allocation of resources, and database management.
• Continuously assesses project strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Generates all project-related reports.
• Engages in client meetings and maintains ongoing communication regarding client projects.
• Identifies and implements staff recruitment strategies and participates in the hiring process.
• Responsible for reporting all Adverse Events to the relevant units/departments.
• A minimum of a University Degree in Business Administration, Science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare-related sectors.
• A minimum of 2 years in project or program management.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing people.
• Advanced understanding of the pharmaceutical distribution sector.
• Familiarity with automated warehouse operating systems.
• Strong business and financial insight.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities.
• Proficient in effective oral and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to address issues efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office Programs.
