Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of assigned projects, from initiation to reconciliation, ensuring they align with client objectives and medical strategies.

• Create, monitor, and uphold comprehensive project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and scope-compliant project completion.

• Act as the main coordination point between internal functional teams—including Scientific Services, Editorial, Meetings, and Creative/Digital—and external stakeholders like clients, authors, and vendors.

• Maintain ongoing and proactive communication with client teams by providing regular updates, meeting summaries, and detailed status reports.

• Assist in proposal development, budget forecasting, and scope-of-work documentation for both new and existing programs.

• Anticipate client requirements, recognize challenges early, and collaborate with internal teams to provide effective solutions.

• Establish and uphold organized project documentation, ensuring precise server file management and project setup.

• Lead and facilitate internal project meetings to ensure alignment on priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

• Manage review and approval processes across cross-functional teams, efficiently handling trafficking and version control.

• Supervise financial reconciliation and guarantee the complete closeout of all project elements after delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in medical communications with a focus on program management and/or client services.

• Previous experience in publications, medical affairs, and/or commercial projects.

• Exceptional written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.

• Strong financial, administrative, and organizational skills.

• Proficient client communication skills—ability to engage with clients and faculty members effectively.

• Keen attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and within a team-oriented setting.

• Familiarity with Internet searches and Microsoft Windows software.
