This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Organize and oversee the execution of external integrations, partner onboarding projects, and internal cross-team initiatives.
• Take ownership of comprehensive project plans, encompassing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and assumptions.
• Coordinate dependencies across engineering, product, operations, compliance, legal, and external partners.
• Proactively identify delivery, operational, or compliance risks at an early stage and propose mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary source of truth regarding program status, decisions, and upcoming steps.
• Maintain alignment among engineering and product leaders through clear, consistent, and timely communication.
• Facilitate understanding by translating between technical, product, and business contexts.
• Act as a neutral mediator across teams to clarify ambiguities, reach decisions, and remove obstacles to progress.
• Collaborate closely with the technical integration owner to ensure alignment on technical discovery, delivery sequencing, and readiness.
• Work in partnership with Compliance, Legal, and Operations to assist in merchant onboarding and KYB processes, customer KYC and KYT readiness, and initiatives for geographic and currency expansion.
• Document agreements, decisions, operational requirements, and any changes in scope or timelines clearly.
• Monitor project metrics and delivery health across various initiatives.
• Create concise, high-impact weekly status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex technical and business information into clear, actionable insights.
• Proven track record of leading technical programs, partner integrations, or cross-functional initiatives in close collaboration with engineering and product teams.
• Experience managing external vendors, partners, or client-facing deliveries, with clear accountability for commitments and communication.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, employing a structured, detail-oriented approach to planning and execution.
• Solid comprehension of software delivery lifecycles and the capability to work with technical documentation and API specifications.
• Ability to operate autonomously, proactively identify risks, and drive issues to resolution.
• Nice to Have Experience: Familiarity with fintech or crypto is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Background that includes hands-on exposure to technical delivery roles such as project management, QA, business analysis, engineering, or technical support.
• Experience with partner onboarding and operational compliance processes, including KYB, KYC, KYT, and geographic or currency expansion, preferably within crypto, digital assets, or regulated financial services.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools and automation to improve program execution, enhance communication clarity, and boost operational efficiency.
• Experience with modern delivery and collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
