This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Take charge of and oversee the product delivery roadmap.
• Collaborate with leadership, engineering, and Customer Success to prioritize tasks.
• Manage Jira to coordinate development and support workloads effectively.
• Engage with customers and our customer-facing teams to gather, document, and clarify requirements.
• Decompose requirements into precise, actionable tasks for the development team.
• Monitor delivery, eliminate obstacles, and ensure projects remain on track.
• Contribute to enhancing our planning, prioritization, and delivery processes for product improvements as the business evolves.
• Proven experience in Technical Program Management, Product Operations, Delivery Management, or Product Management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Passion for problem-solving and developing practical solutions.
• Familiarity with the software development process, even without an engineering background.
• Capability to balance customer requirements with technical constraints.
• Proactive attitude and readiness to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Bonus points for experience with Hospitality technology, hotel distribution platforms, Property Management Systems, booking engines, channel managers, payment platforms, or payment integrations.
