This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs that encompass engineering, product, and operations from the initial kickoff through to launch.
β’ Transform vague initiatives into detailed plans that include milestones, responsible parties, dependencies, and risks, while ensuring that plans are updated as situations evolve.
β’ Manage program communications, which include status updates, early escalation of risks, and maintaining decision logs for leadership review.
β’ Oversee launches that involve personal health data, ensuring that privacy, security, and compliance reviews are arranged and completed prior to release.
β’ Coordinate timelines with external partners such as labs, pharmacies, wearable technology providers, and payment services.
β’ Enhance the processes for intake, prioritization, and release coordination without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
β’ Execute programs related to telehealth, prescription products, biomarker and wearable platforms, as well as integrations with labs, pharmacies, and commerce systems.
β’ Over 10 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or a similar role in a software or hardware product organization.
β’ An engineering background, such as a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (or a comparable field), or previous hands-on engineering experience.
β’ Capability to engage in architectural discussions and rigorously evaluate estimates.
β’ Proven history of managing multi-team programs from initiation to completion, including at least one detailed example from kickoff to launch.
β’ Exceptional written communication skills.
β’ Preferred experience in health, medical, or other regulated industries.
β’ PMI-ACP/PMP certification or equivalent formal program management training is preferred.
β’ Experience implementing big-company program rigor is preferred.
β’ Experience that includes both hardware and software is preferred.
β’ Previous startup experience is preferred.
