This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the successful execution of enterprise customer implementations from onboarding to launch.
• Act as the primary customer-facing representative throughout the implementation process.
• Oversee project schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Conduct project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across departments, including Engineering, Product, Delivery, Sales, and Support teams.
• Assist in contract evaluations and change orders when the implementation scope changes.
• Represent the onboarding team during customer presentations and sales activities as necessary.
• Lead the design and implementation of solutions for enterprise utility customers.
• Work closely with customer engineering teams on data integrations, APIs, and system architecture.
• Convert customer needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Guide the analysis of requirements, planning for integration, and execution of implementation.
• Detect product deficiencies and partner with Product teams on enhancements.
• Create technical documentation detailing architecture, integrations, and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
• Cultivate deep knowledge of the utility and energy sectors.
• Ensure customers derive measurable value from the platform.
• Recognize opportunities for future growth within customer accounts.
• Occasionally visit Bidgely headquarters in Los Altos, CA.
• 5–7 years of experience managing software implementation or integration programs in a technology organization.
• Background in delivering complex enterprise implementations for high-touch clients.
• Demonstrated experience as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and offshore engineering resources.
• Strong expertise in designing and executing cloud-based B2B implementations.
• Proficient in managing project plans, risks, and deliverables using tools like Jira, Smartsheets, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management capabilities and the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Customer-centric mindset with exceptional relationship-building skills.
