• Oversee comprehensive technical programs from start to finish

• Establish clear charters and maintain a consistent execution rhythm

• Coordinate and prioritize backlogs across various services

• Manage dependencies and address RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) items

• Ensure adherence to disciplined CI/CD and release protocols

• Proactively identify and address risks at an early stage

• Enhance planning effectiveness through capacity management

• Set operational standards aimed at boosting efficiency

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Project Management roles delivering intricate, multi-team software initiatives

• Strong preference for candidates with an engineering/SRE background or extensive technical TPM experience

• Expertise in scaled Scrum/Agile methodologies

• Proven hands-on experience with CI/CD practices

• Demonstrated success in security, compliance, and regionalization projects

• Proficient in leading RAID and dependency management efforts

• Skilled in the use of Jira/Confluence and CI/CD/observability tools
