Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the program planning and software product integration for execution, guiding the project through various mission phases.

• Serve as the main programmatic liaison with the customer, effectively communicating with diverse audiences, including senior executives and technical stakeholders.

• Facilitate cross-functional operating rhythms (kickoffs, weekly reviews, executive readouts) to ensure alignment among Product, Engineering, Design, and Solutions Engineering on status, risks, and decisions.

• Convert customer requirements into actionable engineering plans, ensuring that delivery expectations remain clear as the scope evolves.

• Assume full responsibility for the Time & Materials (T&M) contract reporting obligations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, or a closely related operations role, delivering complex technical platforms.

• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.

• Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of influencing without authority and interacting confidently with high-level customer executives.

• Proven familiarity with the software development lifecycle and contemporary software delivery concepts (APIs, CI/CD, cloud deployments), with the capability to understand and articulate engineering requirements.

• Experience in managing complex project financials, resource tracking, or strict contractual reporting obligations.
