This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Communicate: Deliver clear, timely, and objective communication throughout the tech organization, Cohere teams, leadership, and, most importantly, our strategic customers and external partners.
• Optimize: Deconstruct complex challenges into actionable strategies, promoting engineering alignment with product, business, and marketing while encouraging collaboration.
• Plan: Develop and oversee program/project timelines, pinpoint dependencies, manage risks, and facilitate organizational alignment.
• Execute: Ensure timely delivery, identify development requirements, and establish checkpoints for status updates.
• Problem solve: Proactively identify and address issues, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and prioritize impacts on schedules and product quality.
• You possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Engineering or Technical Program Manager, including at least 2 years in customer-facing technical delivery and operations focused on enterprise-grade AI software/solutions.
• Familiarity or experience with LLM training or optimization would be a significant advantage.
• You are solution-oriented, and the success of customers truly motivates you.
• You are meticulous and exceptionally self-organized. You enjoy empowering those around you and excel at capturing detailed notes/action items during highly technical meetings while tracking progress.
• You have a Bias for Action - you are highly execution-oriented and enjoy completing tasks.
• You have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technical products, services, or solutions to either internal or external customers, and can independently manage tracking and reporting across multiple workstreams with stakeholders in various time zones.
• You are comfortable holding leaders and individual contributors accountable. You can be assertive while maintaining diplomacy and are not afraid to follow up with individuals to ensure commitments are met within deadlines.
