Technical Program Manager, Agent Policy Fabric

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop the roadmap, key milestones, ownership structure, decision-making cadence, dependency monitoring, and risk management for APF v0.

• Oversee activities that encompass canonical policy, signing and distribution, registry projection, runtime integration, credential mediation, audit evidence, and compliance.

• Collaborate with technical leads to resolve cross-team architectural and ownership inquiries.

• Coordinate integrated proofs for both GitLab and Slack paths while maintaining the defined scope of Outlook's v0.

• Keep internal status updated to differentiate between approved directions, implemented solutions, proposed initiatives, component evidence, and outstanding dependencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

• 12+ years of experience in leading intricate technical programs across security, platform, infrastructure, or distributed-systems domains.

• Proficient in discussing service contracts, signed artifacts, policy enforcement, credentials, audit systems, and test evidence.

• Proven track record of managing cross-team dependencies and clarifying unclear ownership boundaries.

• Ability to differentiate clearly between design decisions, implementation milestones, and validated capabilities.

• Capable of providing accurate program status updates without exaggerating readiness.
