
Technical Program Manager – 3D & Immersive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Take charge of the planning, scope, and execution of digital twin implementation projects across multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
• Establish project timelines, manage schedules, and monitor deliverables in alignment with the project plan or contract – including assessing the return on investment for delivered outcomes.
• Act as the liaison among the customer, product, engineering, and technical artist teams.
• Organize and lead customer-facing project meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.
• Collaborate closely with the solutions architect to convert customer requirements into actionable delivery plans, ensuring the right expectations are set from the outset.
• Foster positive relationships with customer partners and internal teams – serving as the voice of the customer to our product team.
• Recognize risks early and facilitate resolutions before they affect delivery.
• Engage in the transition from pre-sales to post-sales to ensure a seamless hand-off, while maintaining a strong rapport with the Adobe sales team.
• Over 5 years of experience in technical project management within a software development environment or technical professional services, particularly involving APIs.
• A background in software engineering – you have developed production code and can engage in technical discussions with engineers.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects – adept at converting ambiguous customer needs into defined, actionable tasks.
• In-depth understanding of the 3D production pipeline within an enterprise setting and architecture, along with hands-on experience with 3D data.
• A proactive, customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Solid foundation in project management principles.
• Comfortable presenting to customers, building relationships, and managing expectations effectively.
