This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead extensive, cross-functional programs from strategic planning through execution and delivery.
• Define the program's vision, success metrics, and KPIs that are aligned with both business and technical objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data leadership to shape roadmaps and establish priorities.
• Serve as a strategic advisor, influencing the long-term direction of products and platforms.
• Drive decision-making informed by data, including strategies for experimentation such as A/B testing and measurement frameworks.
• Ensure that programs utilize comprehensive analytics, tracking, and reporting frameworks.
• Identify optimization opportunities through quantitative analysis and performance insights.
• Guide teams in developing scalable, data-driven platforms and systems.
• Oversee multiple workstreams while managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Establish robust governance, including executive reporting, communication cadence, and alignment with stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent delivery that meets quality, scope, and timeline expectations.
• Proactively identify and address blockers across teams.
• Provide oversight on architecture, scalability, and system design, especially in cloud environments.
• Review and challenge technical decisions to ensure they align with best practices.
• Work in collaboration with architects and engineering leads to ensure the development of robust, secure, and scalable solutions.
• Over 8 years of experience leading technical programs, platforms, or engineering initiatives.
• Proven capability to manage large-scale, multi-stream programs within a client-facing or consulting context.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and enterprise system delivery.
• Experience in driving data-informed programs, including experimentation and performance measurement.
• Deep familiarity with Google Cloud platforms and contemporary architectures.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including communication at the executive level.
• Experience in influencing both technical and business decision-making processes.
• Certifications in cloud or program management (e.g., GCP, PMP, SAFe).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
