This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Collaborate with the Director and senior leadership to formulate and execute strategic plans, goals, and objectives that align with the organization's mission and vision.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
• Act as a primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding organizational priorities, goals, and progress.
• Develop and maintain centralized dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion, quality outcomes, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Support the growth and development of team members by providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may affect the organization’s ability to achieve its goals and objectives.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role, ideally within a technology or operations environment.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Experience in managing enterprise-level projects involving multiple stakeholders and substantial budgets (e.g., $1M+).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for addressing complex project challenges.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in creating visual representations of data, concepts, or ideas.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Track record of successfully managing competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards pertinent to the specific industry (e.g., GDPR for IT, FDA for Healthcare).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (or a relevant certification) is strongly preferred.
