PMO Lead – Program Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of program governance to ensure alignment with customer business goals and PTC's strategic vision.

• Create and oversee multi-year roadmaps for the adoption and integration of PLM/ALM.

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, offering thought leadership on the digital thread, product lifecycle optimization, and enterprise architecture.

• Manage a portfolio of projects, guaranteeing delivery excellence, risk management, and measurable business value.

• Collaborate with PTC R&D, Customer Success, and the partner ecosystem to foster innovation and implement best practices.

• Facilitate executive-level workshops and develop business cases for PLM/ALM initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and effectively manage escalations.

• Directly manage a team of PTC Professional Services project and Program Managers.

• Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development for the team.

• Recruit, hire, and retain a skilled project management team capable of advising partners and executing direct PTC implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Person; only US citizens or Green Card holders are eligible. This role is not available for sponsorship.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in PLM/ALM program leadership, with strong proficiency in PTC-related technologies.

• Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-level transformation programs within manufacturing or high-tech sectors.

• Over 5 years of experience delivering AI solutions to clients.

• Experience in utilizing and transforming Services Excellence through AI.

• Outstanding communication, executive engagement, and stakeholder management abilities.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

• PMP or PgMP certification is highly desirable.
