Risk Adjustment Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Assist the Associate Director in overseeing the daily operations of the External Audit Program.

• Act as a flexible operational asset, adapting across different workstreams to manage changing priorities and workload during the audit cycle.

• Collaborate closely with workstream leaders to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing processes and executing improvements.

• Provide clear communication of updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders across various functions.

• Aid the Associate Director in developing AI-driven monitoring for program-wide key performance indicators (KPIs).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in managing processes with stringent turnaround requirements.

• Excellent communication abilities, both in writing and verbally.

• Proficient in extracting and analyzing data utilizing database query tools.

• A keen interest and comfort in experimenting with AI technologies (including LLMs) or other innovative tools.
