Program Management Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and execution of a Strategic Accounts PMO that supports North, Central, and South America.

• Establish standards for project governance, reporting methods, and project controls.

• Develop and sustain project management templates, playbooks, best practices, and standardized workflows.

• Implement portfolio dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive-level status updates.

• Lead intricate multi-country customer implementations, expansions, retrofits, and greenfield projects.

• Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Service, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Facilities, IT, Legal, Finance, and Safety.

• Ensure that customer deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.

• Support strategic initiatives for customer expansion across South and Central America.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to strategic customers and internal stakeholders.

• Maintain oversight of project health across the strategic account portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 7 years of related experience is necessary.

• Proven experience in technical program management.

• Proficiency in the MS Office suite, Visio, and PowerPoint is preferred.

• Extensive travel may be necessary, with up to 50% travel to multi-state locations and frequent overnight stays.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is preferred.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required or the ability to obtain it within 12 months.

• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2 are preferred.
