Technical Program Communications Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing communications and addressing inquiries from USPS customers regarding the USPS Fraud Analytics and Mitigation (FAM) program.

• Clearly conveying USPS policies and guidelines to both internal and external stakeholders at various levels.

• Coordinating and monitoring customer requests to ensure timely resolution.

• Maintaining and analyzing data in Databricks and Excel as per the USPS client's requirements.

• Collaborating with other USPS contractors and vendors to fulfill customer needs and effectively resolve intricate issues.

• Recognizing opportunities for process enhancement and utilizing technical skills to address these challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with up to two years of experience in one or more of the following areas: project management, project scheduling, business process improvement, business consulting, or continuous improvement.

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft products including Power Apps, Power BI, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.

• Proven soft skills such as customer service, patience, emotional intelligence, and outstanding communication abilities (both written and verbal).

• Capacity to align individual aspirations with team goals, fostering a personal brand that contributes positively to the team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, independent, and collaborative virtual setting.

• Comprehensive understanding of project management principles and the ability to operate within project constraints.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

• Strong business insight.

• Must be eligible to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance – US Citizenship is required.
